Return and Refund Policy Addendum

For accuracy and consistency, supplements, nutritional and non-food products may be returned or refunds may be provided within 30 days of the date the order was placed.

There are no exchanges of food products. However, food products may be returned for a refund only if there’s proof of damage within 7 days after the product was shipped and no more than 10 days after the order was placed.

There are no refunds on apparel and accessories. Apparel and accessory products may only be exchanged for an equal valued and type of product. Apparel and accessory products may not be exchanged for nutritional, food or supplement type products.
