Shipping Policy
All products are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours or the next business day after you place the order. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 days depending on your location. Free shipping within the continental United States is available to Subscribers on all regular-size RN brand products weighing less than 3 lbs. Other brands other than RN and samples sizes do not qualify for free shipping. Merchandise and Accessories will receive free shipping only for subscribers and members, unless a coupon or special discount was granted by an affiliate. For items that don't qualify for free shipping within the continental United States, there is a flat shipping fee of $5.99. The Shipping fees for large products and other geographic regions are listed below.
- Bulk size products may take up to 48 hours to process, and a minimum shipping rate or $29.00.
- For Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico, shipping is $48.90 and arrives in 5-10 days.
- For the Virgin Isles, shipping is $77.38 and arrives in 5-10 days.
All orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm will be processed on Monday.
